Selling an RV can be stressful. Get ahead of the sales process with a Pre-Listing Inspection. This thorough inspection will uncover issues that you, as the seller, can fix before the prospective buyers see your RV. The buyers feel more comfortable buying your RV because you have already conducted an NRVIA inspection.
This is simply a conversation with an RV Tech and Inspector to discuss the advantages of either going through a guided inspection to find potential issue to repair them, or obtaining a certified NRVIA inspection that could help in selling your RV. To show my appreciation, I will share with you the top 10 things I find wrong with most RV's I inspect. Click the button above to find a time that is convenient for you.
The goal of this step is to resolve issues on your RV before they are reported on an inspection. I will send you a checklist of things for you to inspect and coach you through the process. You will be amazed at how many small things you can fix yourself. If there are issues that are too difficult, I will recommend a local RV Tech to come to your location. After this step you will be ready for a Certified NRVIA Inspection.
If you prefer, you can skip step #2 and go straight to the inspection. Or you can complete Step #2 and let the potential buyer inspect your RV. In my opinion, it is best to do both the self inspection and the NRVIA certified independent inspection. That way you get a clean inspection report that you can share with prospective buyers. Buyers will appreciate your full disclosure and feel more comfortable buying your RV because they know every detail about it.
